Aquastar skin diver

Stainless steel skin diver from Aquastar, 1960’s. These were famous because they had only one crown and still an inner bezel to calculate the diving time, that one rotates with the crown in the “locked” position. It was thought to be better for the water resistance as there was only one crown hole to seal.
Overall Condition:
The watch is in superb conditions, especially the beautiful patina that it has developped in indexes and hands. The dark grey dial is very well preserved. The watch comes with its original Swiss Tropic 19mm strap and signed buckle, a rarity for connoisseurs.
