ZRC Grands Fonds série 2

1960’s diving watch from the french ZRC, the Grands Fonds série 2, date version with its original and so peculiar acrylic bezel with luminous insert dots and the famous steel expandable bracelet (able to fit on a diving suit) made by the french brand.

Overall Condition:

Apart from being rare, this example is exceptional due to its “chocolate” dial, a really singular patina. Some indexes are faded, some are still intact, overall the aesthetic aspect is well balanced and the watch is breathtaking on the wrist. Note that the lume still shines a little bit in the dark as well as the dots on the bezel.
