Doxa Sub 200 T.Graph Searambler

Details

Stainless steel 1969 unicorn 200 meters waterproof chronograph by Doxa launched in 3 colour versions: Professional (orange), Searambler (grey sunburst) and Sharkhunter (black). These watches were developped with the help of Jacques-Yves Cousteau who was the president of Aqualung and US Divers at the time. Very few T.Graphs were produced, maybe 300 in total and not 300 per colour as commonly said, judging by the extremely limited number that have surfaced, less than 30. This Searambler example is the earliest serial nb known so far (as said by the Doxa expert Peter McLean Millar)

Overall Condition:

The watch is in beautifully preserved conditions – unpolished case and untouched sunburst grey dial –  Expandro bracelet, marked Doxa Sub 300 because they were not produced with the 200m rating clasp.

Dimensions:

44mm excluding crown.

Movement:

manual winding caliber 287 (based on Eberhard 310-82)
