Breitling Chronomat 769
Details
Stainless steel case sliderule chronograph made by Breitling in the 1940’s. This present watch has a quite rare black dial with white outer scale.
Overall Condition:
The watch is in outstanding conditions. It has probably been kept in a drawer for many many decades… The outer scale has a tasty “cuban cigar” patina, radium indexes are almost 100% preserved with only a small loss at upper 6 and lower 1. The red and white colour strike and shine over the glossy black dial. It’s really a pleasure for the eyes everytime you look at it, even when knowing the exact time is not important at all.
Dimensions:
36mm without crown
Movement:
Venus 175 manual winding working fine, its bridge is signed Breitling Premier.
